After years working on high-end architectural builds across Sydney’s Northern Beaches, founder Jarrod brought his experience north - establishing KPE as a trusted name for bespoke new homes, home renovations and extensions across Newcastle and the Hunter Region.
We’re not volume home builders. We take on a limited number of projects each year to maintain the quality we’re known for and to give each home the focus it deserves.

At the helm of KPE Hunter Valley is founder and director, Jarrod, a builder with an uncompromising eye for detail and a deep respect for doing things properly.
Starting his career on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Jarrod honed his craft on some of the country’s most complex architectural homes, collaborating with leading architects and designers to bring ambitious builds to life. That high standard has shaped every project since, and it’s the same standard he brings to every custom home across Newcastle and the Hunter today.
Jarrod leads the KPE team with clarity, intent and a hands-on approach. He’s known for his clear communication, attention to detail and precise execution. Clients value his transparency, consistency and the confidence that comes from knowing the job inside out.
